Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and usually reach you in 3–7 business days anywhere in India. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day. Delivery times can vary with your location, courier availability and weather.

Delivery is free on orders above ₹399. For orders below ₹399, a flat ₹70 delivery charge applies. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

We currently accept prepaid orders only — Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.

Yes. Every rakhi and bracelet is handcrafted, so tiny variations in beads, threadwork and finish are normal — that is the nature of handmade work, not a defect.

We accept returns if the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Raise the request within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or we can send a replacement subject to stock. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

Yes, as long as the order has not been packed or dispatched. Once it has shipped we are unable to cancel it. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we will check the status for you.

As soon as your order is dispatched we share the tracking details over Email, SMS or WhatsApp. If you have not received them, message us with your order number and we will resend.
