Returns

We accept return requests only if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive a defective item.
• You receive an incorrect product.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To process your request, please provide:

• Order Number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the package (if damaged)

Refunds

Once your request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement Policy

If the product is eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products
